Year Six Orienteering Challenge

Cold, wintry, freezing – this week Year Six (along with the Y5s) ventured out into the snowy Sheffield wilderness to take part in an orienteering challenge.

Some of us found it really challenging to read the map; others found map reading easy. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t help our map-reading challenge because, within a matter of minutes, the falling snow had turned our maps into a squishy pile of illegible paper – oh dear!

Sadly, not everyone was able to find all the markers, however, we still had great fun, even with the poor, cold weather!
